The Great Debate…
We all have differing opinions on whether or not lips need to be lined. For some women, not lining their lips gives them the same reaction as if they had only colored one eyebrow. Some women line their lips because it protects their lip color from coming off so quickly. (They obviously aren’t using LipSense!) Others line their lips because their natural lip line is quite small and they wish for it to appear larger. Some women use the same color as their lip color to outline their lips prior to coloring in the center with the same color. Their rational seems to be that they are less likely to color outside the lines if they have an outline to follow. The majority of women outline their lips with a darker complementary color to reap the full benefit of a full lip look with a contrasting color.
